Nuvia Global Foundation is officially registered as:

Determination Letter issued by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) confirming tax-exempt status.
All donations made to Nuvia are tax-deductible under U.S. law.

🇫🇷 France – Association Loi 1901, duly registered and published in the Journal Officiel.

Next Steps:
Legal registration is being prepared in future program countries, starting with Cameroon, as part of our expansion strategy.

Every program includes continuous monitoring and evaluation (M&E).
We securely track:

  • Emotional recovery progress (via pre- and post-program surveys)

  • Partner and community feedback

  • Long-term impact indicators such as education and wellbeing

  • Transport and dignity kit delivery metrics

We use SurveyMonkey and other encrypted tools to analyze outcomes while protecting participant privacy and consent.

Nuvia is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors committed to excellence, ethics, and accountability.

The Board ensures:

We handle all personal information – especially from participants and donors – with strict confidentiality.

  • All forms and databases are encrypted and password-protected.

Participant identities are anonymized in reports and evaluations.
