Access & Enrollment

How Girls Join Nuvia:

Referrals come from local hospitals, clinics, schools, churches, and community leaders.
Participants may also apply directly or be referred by friends or family.
Guardians provide written consent for girls under age 18.

Admission Process:

A trauma-informed intake process ensures every participant feels welcomed and seen.
Girls are enrolled based on need, safety, age (13–25), and program availability.
Each new participant receives a welcome kit and orientation session.
Our program staff tracks progress, attendance, and feedback digitally.

Transportation:

Transportation is always free for enrolled participants.
Girls register in advance for sessions through an easy-to-use form (paper or online).
Transportation is managed by zone and schedule to maximize safety and efficiency.
All Nuvia drivers are female and wear official safety vests for easy identification.
Participants receive automatic reminders and updates before each session.
