Danielle Emelieu is the founder of Charis Action, a women-centered academy dedicated to equipping women to grow in faith, discover their identity, and step into leadership. Through transformative initiatives like Women School and Classes Métamorphose, she has mentored countless women to overcome limitations and embrace their full potential.
Before fully dedicating herself to social entrepreneurship, Danielle served as a Human Resources Director, where she developed a deep expertise in leadership, organizational growth, and people development. Author of the book Métamorphose, she shares her own story of resilience and transformation while inspiring others to write their own.
As a mother of two daughters, Danielle carries her mission both personally and professionally, rooted in the belief that empowered women build stronger families and communities. Based in Cameroon, she serves on Nuvia’s Board of Directors, bringing invaluable grassroots perspective to our mission and ensuring our programs remain closely connected to the realities of the young women we serve.
