Pricille Tchuitio is the Founder and Executive Director of Nuvia. She brings extensive experience in global operations and leadership, having held professional management positions at SurveyMonkey and OCLC, where she oversaw complex international teams and systems.

Alongside her corporate career, Pricille has dedicated herself to mentoring women through Charis Action for the past four years, helping them navigate personal and professional challenges with resilience and purpose. This dual experience – strategic leadership on one hand, and personal mentorship on the other – has equipped her with the vision and empathy needed to lead Nuvia.

Her decision to launch Nuvia is rooted in a deep awareness of the traumas faced by adolescent girls and young women, and a desire to restore dignity, healing, and opportunity where it is most needed. As Executive Director, Pricille carries the responsibility of shaping the organization’s strategy, building partnerships, and ensuring that every program reflects Nuvia’s mission of transformation and hope.
