We come to pick you up, so healing can begin.

At Nuvia, transportation is not just logistics. It is a vital part of our care model, built on four pillars: accessibility, safety, empowerment, and innovation.

Why Transportation Matters

Access Comes First

At Nuvia, we believe that access is the first step to healing. Too often, distance or lack of transport becomes a barrier. Girls miss out on life-changing opportunities because they cannot get there safely.

That is why we designed a system that removes this obstacle, so every girl can attend our programs in comfort, safety, and dignity.

✔️ Free transport, available only on program days
✔️ Pickup, drop-off, or both – you decide
✔️ Simple, 100% digital registration

Women Behind the Wheel

Role Models on Every Journey

Our female drivers are more than drivers – they are trusted role models. Trained in trauma-informed and youth-friendly communication, they embody security and care from the very first moment of the journey.

By employing women in a field that is often closed to them, we also create opportunities for lasting employment in Cameroon.

FAQ's

How do girls register for Nuvia’s programs?

Registration is digital and simple: participants or their parents complete an online form. Hospitals and schools may also refer participants directly.

Can parents accompany their daughters?

In most cases, transportation is for participants only. Parents are welcome to visit program sites during open days or by appointment.

Yes. Safe, reliable transportation to and from program sites is included for all participants.

All drivers are vetted, trained, and wear identifiable vests. Routes are planned with safety in mind, and staff accompany participants when needed.

It allows families to choose all program dates in advance with one form, making enrollment easy, flexible, and transparent.

We encourage regular attendance but understand emergencies happen. Our staff follow up to re-engage participants and ensure they don’t fall behind.

Families can update preferences online or by contacting our transport team at least 48 hours before the program day.

Closing Note

Transportation at Nuvia is not an afterthought. It is the foundation that opens the door, builds trust, and ensures that healing can begin.
