Marceline Saounde brings over nine years of leadership experience from the corporate sector, having held management positions at Sanofi, Aubert & Duval, and Tractafric. A trained mechanical engineer from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (Nigeria), she combines analytical discipline with a deep passion for social impact and women’s empowerment.

For more than five years, she has mentored women through ICOH and Charis Action, helping them unlock their potential and rebuild confidence. A transformative personal experience strengthened her calling to support women’s mental health and trauma recovery.

At Nuvia, Marceline serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer and Programs Liaison for Francophone Regions, contributing her management acumen, mentoring experience, and cross-cultural perspective to help shape the organization’s growth and local partnerships. A mother of three, she shares Nuvia’s vision of seeing every girl rise in dignity, restoration, and purpose.
